Today Thornton Junior Football Club went west to Weston Junior Football Club! With our grounds currently having more resemblance to a swamp than a playing field, we reached out to our friends at Weston and they were only too happy to help.So we packed all our game day gear and headed out. Our parents helped out on the BBQ and our kids cleaned out the canteen 🍭🍫There were many happy faces, exciting games and relieved parents! We couldn’t squeeze all our games in at Weston so a huge thank you to Singleton Strikers FC for hosting two of our games and also to Lochinvar Rovers Football Club for offering to host one however had their fields washed out. It’s not a usual season and this rain is making things very difficult but to get some games underway was amazing! Let’s hope for lots more sunshine ☀️ so we can play some games at home soon 🤞🏻🤞🏻 ... See MoreSee Less

Clubs will be contacted about resets and fixtures will be updated online when they are reset.Field closures for wet weather are up on the Wet Weather Spreadsheet, found on TeamApp and the zone websites.Newcastle FootballMacquarie Football ...
